Six ways we take Dynamics 365 off your plate

Engage us for a single phase or the whole lifecycle. Every service below is delivered by named consultants against a written scope, a fixed budget and a published SLA.

01

Dynamics 365 Implementation

A complete rollout of Finance & Operations, Business Central, Sales or Customer Service — from the first process workshop through configuration, testing, training and a rehearsed go-live. We configure standard Dynamics first and only customise where your competitive advantage genuinely demands it.

  • Process discovery & fit-gap analysis
  • Solution blueprint & security roles
  • Configuration across all modules
  • Data migration & reconciliation
  • UAT scripts and role-based training
  • Cutover plan plus 30-day hypercare
Typical engagement 16 – 24 weeks · fixed scope, fixed price

ERP Migration & Upgrade

Still running Dynamics AX, NAV, GP or an ageing on-premise ERP? We move you to the cloud without losing a decade of transactional history and without stopping the business. Multiple dry-runs mean the real cutover is a rehearsal you have already performed, not an experiment.

  • Legacy system & customisation audit
  • Data cleansing and de-duplication
  • Field-level mapping documentation
  • Repeatable automated migration jobs
  • Parallel-run and reconciliation reports
  • Rollback plan for every cutover step
Typical engagement 10 – 18 weeks · phased by legal entity

CRM & Sales Automation

Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service only pay for themselves when the revenue team actually uses them. We design the lead-to-cash process around how your people already sell, automate the admin out of it, and give every role a dashboard that answers their own question.

  • Lead-to-cash process design
  • Pipeline stages & qualification rules
  • Automated scoring and next-best-action
  • Quote, order and contract automation
  • Case management and SLA routing
  • Forecast accuracy reporting

Integration & Power Platform

Your ERP is never the only system. We connect Dynamics 365 to eCommerce, WMS, payroll, banking and whatever else runs the business — then close the remaining gaps with Power Apps and Power Automate instead of expensive core customisation.

  • REST / OData & middleware integration
  • Dataverse architecture and governance
  • Power Apps for edge-case processes
  • Approval flows and exception alerts
  • Error handling with retry and logging
  • Environment and ALM strategy

Data, Reporting & Power BI

Most ERP projects end with the data locked inside the system. We model your Dynamics data properly, build a reporting layer on top of it, and hand your leadership team dashboards they can act on the same morning — not a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month.

  • Data model & warehouse design
  • Executive and operational dashboards
  • Financial and margin reporting
  • Row-level security and access control
  • Scheduled refresh and monitoring
  • Self-service enablement for your analysts

  • Performance and cost optimisation
  • Quarterly adoption & roadmap reviews
  • Change requests at agreed day rates

Questions

The things buyers actually ask us

Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones. If your question is not here, ask it on a call — we will not dodge it.

Ask us directly

It depends on scope, entity count and how much of your process is genuinely non-standard — but we refuse to hide behind that. After a two to three week assessment you get a written cost band with the assumptions listed, so you can take a real number to your board rather than a range with a factor of four in it.

A single-entity Business Central rollout typically runs 12 to 16 weeks. A multi-entity Finance & Operations programme is usually 20 to 32 weeks. We publish the plan in week one and report against it fortnightly, so slippage is visible early instead of announced at the end.

No, and usually you should not. We frequently phase by legal entity, by module or by geography — finance first, then supply chain, then CRM. Phasing costs a little more in total but dramatically reduces the risk of a single catastrophic cutover weekend.

Open transactions and master data migrate into Dynamics. Closed historical detail is normally kept in a read-only archive or warehouse and surfaced through Power BI — migrating ten years of closed ledgers into a live ERP is expensive and almost never worth it.

Only where the process is a genuine competitive advantage. Everywhere else we will push you towards standard functionality, because every customisation is a cost you pay again at every release wave. Expect us to challenge "we have always done it this way".

Thirty days of hypercare are included in every implementation. After that most clients move onto a managed support retainer with named consultants and tiered SLAs — but you are not obliged to. If you would rather run it in-house, our knowledge transfer is written into the contract precisely so you can.
